  1. wonderful, I think youve really hit the nail on the head Melody. My teacher used to say “receive your condition” which I took to mean something similar to what you say here. She also would say “come back to yourself” which I found equally powerful. We hear a lot about mindfulness over here but I think AT is more than that, do you?

    • I really love the idea of “receiving your condition.” That is a novel and helpful thought. Receiving our selves is the same thing. Thank you for this insight Julia. I will ponder this.
